Longest Day
The Solstice is upon us, heaven help us: longest day of the year, from now on the nights will be drawing in and it all happens faster and faster the older I grow. (Sighs deeply and gets on with it...)

Oooooh... But Herbie, we love you even if you are old! Besides, old is sagely and awesome... And you can adopt the honorary title of "old fogey." How cool is that?!
A good wine, Herbie ... (and sometimes a good whine). Just back from Amerikay and hope to see you both soon. But first I must finish this book. Are you back at work?
I'm an Irish-born author of more than 111 published books, none of which have been read by any of my 7 cats. I live in an old (18th Century) rectory, travel as little as possible and adore Asian food.
